More than 1,000 work force supervisors have gone through this innovative program that through case studies and in-context education in real scenarios in our Cartagena Training Center, develops skills for work control of the most dangerous activities such as: Drops, Hoists, Confined, SAS, SAES, Chemical Risk, and Emergencies.

Aware of the risks of our clients in the different industrial segments, we undertook the task of analyzing the loss histories and accident rates in the execution of field work caused by the absence of training and knowledge in work permits for the supervision of high risk tasks in areas such as Drilling, Production, Refining.
With the purpose of working hand in hand with companies to avoid fatalities, Sacs Academy built the Critical Tasks program.

OUR PURPOSE: To assist supervisors in recognizing hazards in order to strengthen their technical competence as an authority, within the framework of work control systems, national, international and corporate standards for Critical Tasks.

We understand that the risks of each company are different, for this reason, together with our expert team, we build the program to respond to the operational, technical and/or corporate needs of each company.

This program comprises behavioral patterns in experience and adult age groups. It focuses on hazard recognition to close gaps that may exist in the review of work permits or supervision of high-risk tasks.

We developed the content with an 80% practical component and with case studies to develop technical skills for the intervention of critical tasks taking into account hazard identification and risk analysis.

The Sacs Academy International Training Center in Cartagena is the first school in Colombia, certified by Texas A&M – TEEX, with full-scale scenarios for safe practices in the immersion of the participants and with the support of an interdisciplinary team, experts in each subject or high-risk activity. An immersion program developed with in-context training methodology.
